I have an odd problem. I'm trouble shooting 97 EB power driver seat not working and find no power at the corresponding fuse location. Fuse is fine. Seat was starting to operate slowly and noisily before it went dead. Other fuses and everything else in car seems to be working fine. Shouldn't there be power at the fuse location at all times. The power seat used to work without the key.

Should be in the owners manual, right? I thought there was a diagram or 4 in my owners manual. If there is and you still need it I could scan it for you. I have a 97 EB

The fuse box diagrams are located in the owners manual. The manual shows both the in-dash location and engine location (high power). At least in my '99 XLT manual.

I imagine that Ford should have kept the location info constant throughout the years.
