Hey guys wondering if anyone has any ideas to help me out. I went mudding yesterday with my 2003 Ford expedition and since then I've had a grinding noise noise in the front end. It isn't all the time it will grind for 5 seconds or so and then go away. When it does grind if I let off the gas it goes away. I don't have a wobble or vibration in the wheel or when I brake. Trying to figure out what it could be. Thanks in advance for any ideas or advice.

Just driving along at 55 60 and it will grind. No hopping or grinding while turning or anything that's why I'm confused as to what it could be
