Got a question for the group. Here's the symptom:
It seems I get an intermittent grind (sounds/feels) like rubbing or vibration when turning left. It sounds and feels like its coming from the right side. It will grind for a little bit and then it feels like something releases and it goes away.
I recently had the ball joints replaced (all 4 ...(!)) so they are good. I'm told (and I checked) that the bearings are ok, no movement there. The FoMoCo dealer said the hubs are ok too.
I'm thinking that I have a sticky caliper. Does that sound like a possibility or something else?
