Interesting! The rake on your vehicle looks similar to my Navigator after installing the Expedition Monroe kit. Thankfully the torsion twist leveled the suspension to within an inch, even with my heavy grill guard. It looks like your torsion twist didn't raise the front as much as others have gotten. I know it's a PITA but guess you could install the Navigator springs instead.

The truck felt way too soft in the rear with the Navigator springs for whatever reason. (nice Navigator btw!!)

Rburch: So is it the keys or the bars that are the problem? Hopefully you find those pics you're talking about.

Could it also be because the coilover setup I have in the front can't extend very much like a normal shock? It doesn't open up like a normal when it's out of the truck. It's a contained unit.

However the head of the torsion key bolt is almost against the key, wouldn't that mean the key is maxed?

ALSO: is there a torsion key install how to? Every thread I find in the archives says "just crank the stock ones" " don't be dumb and waste your money!" etc etc

It is the TB that are the problem. THe cheap fix would be what i stated before, or you could get the TB from a standard cab F250LD. Those are the stiffest TB you can get and will give you the most amount of lift.

There isnt much front suspension travel on the 1gen expeditions because of the TB. So you dont need a very long shock or much shock travel.

Would the 2.5" keys even be able to make the existing bars go higher? Or will they forever limit me?

Need help guys - I'm not driving the truck like it is...

Any luck on the pictures of that piece being welded in?
