Hello all,

So a few days ago I was driving from work after Imelda (TX area) decided to flood us out.

Tough drive home - what should take 20 minutes took 3 hours. Drove through a bit of water. Not too bad.

A couple of days after that driving event I experienced battery lamp and stalling. I also noticed the PRNDL message on the dash.

So I have a neutral safety switch on the way landing at my mansion tomorrow (LOL).

I already did a positive battery terminal change along with new battery.

It's not throwing any codes yet but just stalls out. Could also be O2 sensors...

I'm already replacing the safety switch - can the O2 sensor(s) contacts be cleaned w/ electrical cleaner and restore serviceability possibly??

About mid hub. Possibly a little deeper.

I did a live read on the scan tool yesterday and the #'s look good there for the O2 sensors.

I have had the EGR code for a while (P0401) and will clean the valve out tomorrow along with new Motorcraft plugs. I read that plugged EGR can cause stalling.

I'm also putting in a new neutral safety switch later this afternoon since I got the PRNDL message. Although that is not throwing a code.

:drink_nl: I had to drive through about 36" + water with the company F-450 diesel flatbed, and made it during hurricane Harvey. I would not try that with the expy though.

I also read re: expedition I should do a diff service if water over mid hub since breather tube can get dihydrogen monoxide, err, H2O into the case.
