Handles Leak!! Help

hi all i have been reading up on your threads about this common problem. We bought this vehicle from an older man who could no longer take care of it, needless to say the roof had rusted through. We had our repair guy weld it and then coat it with truck liner paint, i replaced the windshield, but my grab handles both still leak in the rain, im at a loss! I have heard of the 3rd brake light replacement but wondering if that could cause this leak, i do not have a sunroof. Please any and all suggestions welcomed im at a loss
