having issue with power locks. Lock works on all 4 doors but UNLOCK only works on driver side

Hey everyone I have an 02 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer and the power locks are having an issue. I can lock ALL 4 doors with my driver and passenger door. The unlike only works on the DRIVER side door. Any ideas why all 3 of the other doors will not unlock? Also I am not sure if the back door is supposed to unlock at the same time because it has been like that since I got it so it could be 4 doors not unlocking.

*****************I thought it was the door lock actuators so I replaced the passenger side actuator and it still does not unlike the door so we can rule those out. *********************

Most likely the unlock relay. There is a different relay to unlock drivers door vs all doors. Look in the 1st gen forum, specifically:
