Hazard Lights

the hazard light on my 07 expedition have started to randomly turn on. This usually happens when I first go to start the vehicle. Other times the vehicle will be parked for hours and they just turn on. I’ve seen other posts regarding this but haven’t seen where a solution was posted. Appreciate any suggestions.

Speculation - but I’d suspect a bad switch.

I replaced the switch in the dash and the turn signal in the column. Still randomly turning on. They will flash for 30 seconds then stop and nothing for awhile.

Does that year have a problem with water intrusion into interior fuse panel?

also the Ford remote start will flash the indicators, so if you have that feature fitted it could be dying (or water has got inside and messing it up) and causing the issue!!

same issue any answers......took it to the dealership and they wanted to replace bcm iic for 2000
