I have a 1998 Expedition, the heat is working in the back, but not the front, after reading some post I tore the dash apart and replaced the blend door actuator, before putting everything back together I started up the truck to test it, yet still no heat in the front, rear heat still seems fine, what should I try next?

check the hoses going into and coming out of the front heater core see if they are hot You could have a blocked core also in the heater hose is a restrictor that may be clogged

1 is hot, the other not so much. What is the easiest way to flush the core, where's the best place to disconnect the hoses to perform the flush?

might be best to install a flush kit or to disconnect the hoses at the core and use a little water pressure Flush in both directions
