Heated and Cooled seat help!

I have a 2005 limited Expy with the heated and cooled seats. It seems that the drivers side does not heat or cool very well or sometimes at all (cant feel heat or cool air). It is under warranty but when I take it in the dealer cant find the problem (they say the system is functioning normally). The lights stay on like normal and all fuses etc are fine.

Anybody have any ideas on the problem and how to fix it?
