Heated Seats INOP 99 expy

Hi all! new here and I could use some info. I have a 99 EB expy having troubles with the heated seats. I have little orange lights on both but no heat. I checked pass seat back element wires for continuity and have it. I would like to check others but it seems that the seat bottom wire plug has four terminals??? which should have contunuity? also what should voltages be at what wires in these connectors? any help would be greatly appreciated.

check fuses #23 under dash fuse panel and #110 fuse box in Engine Compartment

Thnks BDRCK! I can see that i most certainly didntly test continuity to the back portion. That is some intricate wiring. In thos Diagrams I see where it shows What appears to be negative 12v?????...... Following it is that just a damn dash???? Im confused it loogs like a minus sign before the 12v

that should be a positive 12 volts the dash lines mean that those wires pass through the same connector. When you press the switch does the led light come on to indicate that the heater is on? Did you check both fuses? Also check that the circuit is properly connected to ground

on passenger side it should be the ye/lb and gy/lb driver side same color wire for the seat bottoms

did you check the fuse in the engine compartment
