Heater bypass

Water filling #4 cylinder. Looped 2 lines coming from passenger side of vehicle. Still getting water from aluminum line behind motor. Not a steady flow but a pulse of hot water. Can I cap this?

That aluminum line is common for breaking the nipple off. The line runs back to the water pump. To fix it proper your going to have to pull coils, and intake. You will have to replace that line, hose that goes to it, radiator hoses, thermostat, probably going to want to change spark plugs, oil and filter. And of course all gaskets.
