More details would be helpful.
What does "not working right" mean? Explain
What year?
Do you have access to a multimeter?

Sorry I'm very new to these forums. It's a 2011 expedition 5.4l. I have heat in the rear but didn' have any heat in the front. I changed out the blower motor and still in getting no heat at all. The blower motor does not even sound like it is turning. I do not have a multimeter. Should I check the fuse first or do I need to order more parts.

See Fuse testing in the electrical section then go to Walmart and buy a cheap meter so that you can test the fuse the correct way.
