I hope you guys can help me out. I recently purchased a 2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition. I've ready through the Owner's Manual and still couldn't find an answer to this quesion.
There is a DVD/TV mounted on the ceiling. I pulled it off and everything in the ceiling looks OEM, from the wiring to the mount.
The unit is a PowerAcoustik PMD-85CM...8.5" combo.
The reason I ask is because it has not worked at all when trying to play DVDs. It fails to pull them into the drive and when I do push them into it, it attempts to read the disc and fails to do so.
I can take pics if it would help, but hopefully the model number should give it away right away.
