Can anyone identify this part I found laying on driveway under Expy?
Its an inch and a half long.

Yes it does, thank you. Well, I still have one in the engine ... so I have to guess this is the one that was replaced in 2010. The mechanic must have dropped it and its been floating around since. The way its uniformly rusted fits with that theory.

I agree 100%, that is a PCV!
