I just got my tax refund and I got some stuff I want/need to buy. Im going to buy all of these items, no question, I just want to make sure Im getting the best prices and buying the right products from the right places.

Front Off-road Bumper
Im thinking about the Nitto Terra Grappler tires & Rancho shocks. But I have no clue about what rims to get or what sort of front bumper I want.
Any ideas or suggestions?
