Help to identify these shocks?

So the next challenge is that I need to replace my two front (leaky) shocks! As my VIN does not match up 100% on RockAuto and the others, it's prob best to replaced like for like with that is in there now. I managed to get the photo below but Googling around I can't work out what to order from RockAuto.
If anyone understands these things better than me (not hard!) then please do point me in the right direction.
It's a 2015 5.4L V8 XLT Expedition. Thanks.

That is a Ford strut, and appears to be original. See the FoMoCo? Ford Motor Company. This is the stock replacement.

That looks like the same P/N but also includes the springs and is a bit cheaper too?

And is there anywhere online that links the numbers on my photo to your EL1Z18124C?

Let me warn you about using Monroe Quick Struts. I replaced my stock combo with the Quick Struts, because they cost less to buy and install. Well the spring rates were wrong as were the dampening rates and I ended up with a truck that was lower in the front than previous and bounced all over the place. 6 months later I ended up buying new Ford shocks and springs and throwing the Monroe's away. A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON.

Thanks for the tip - I'm struggling to find the Ford ones on RockAuto (they ship to me in the UK quick and fair price which is why I like to buy there). But if I can find Ford there I'll get em.

Let me warn you about using Monroe Quick Struts. I replaced my stock combo with the Quick Struts, because they cost less to buy and install. Well the spring rates were wrong as were the dampening rates and I ended up with a truck that was lower in the front than previous and bounced all over the place. 6 months later I ended up buying new Ford shocks and springs and throwing the Monroe's away. A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON.

I learned a similarly expensive lesson years ago (long story), so since then, I wouldn't buy a bag of doggy poo from Monwrong even if it was the last place on earth to get it from.....

I do know alot of people have had good luck with Koni Replacements. I dont know the correct part numbers, but others on here do know.
