I have a 1998 expedition 5.4,i took the heads to a machine shop to have a few valves replaced and when I got them back and installed them I noticed that on the passenger side rear there was a water port that stuck out past the block. Can anyone tell me what happened?

not used dont worry about it. It does mess with your head the first time you see it lol. I am sure your talking about the hole past the passenger side intake in the back.
