2002 Expy Eddie Bauer 4.6L: For close to 2 years I've experienced a rumble/ roar vibration that starts at approximately 60-65 mph and becomes more noticeable with increased speed. New Tires, replaced wheel bearings all around. Rims, balance, alignment checked, Shocks replaced, drive shaft has been checked plus rear end and all deemed OK. Vehicle has 173k. Could something in the 4R70W trans be causing this problem. The fluids/ filter have been changed religiously and always has been red and unburnt. Also no towing, just road trips? Does anybody have an idea? U joints were checked deemed fine, but are original I believe.
