Hill Start Assist?

A really dumb question, but here goes: is "Hill Start Assist" always on?

I see it described in the Owner's Manual, but I cannot find any mention of how to engage it or turn it on and off. Does this mean that it is just built in to the normal operation of the 2023 Expedition?

Conversely, I did find mention of turning on and off "Auto Hold" on the touchscreen.

I don't believe so, it's defaulted to on though.
