Hole in ac line

Ok so I was able to locate the low side and recharge my system. After using a can I stop and hear a bad hissing sound coming from under the rear passener side from a silver tube with blk wrapping around part of it when it passes above frame. Does anyone know how bad this is gonna be and how much it might cost??

If it's just that, I don' think it should be that expensive to just replace that line, but that's just a guess. Don't have much experience with A/Cs.
