Homemade garage parking assist

I just built a removable wheel block from leftover wood :) . It only works if going head first, but it definitely prevents my wife from bumping against the wall or having me do it for her. Plus, we always get perfect clearance in the front and back.

Pretty low tech but fool proof, cheap, no hanging ball, no failing sensor, or visual misjudgment of reference lines/lights.

For those with smaller garages, what do you guys use to help with park assist?

Or just hang a tennis ball (or something) on a string from the ceiling so it hits the windshield when you are as far as you want to go.

Oh, I just saw you din't like the hanging ball. A few feet of string and an old ball seems way easier that all that lumber.

I just turn on the cameras. That works really well.
