How cold/cool should the heater/cooled seats get?

My 2023 Expedition has the heated/cooled seats. How cool should the seats get. Barely or ?? With mine I can barely feel a difference in the bottom and the back nothing?

I don’t believe they technically cool, I think the just move the air. It depends on the clothing worn how effective they are.

In my 21 it is a fan and when on high I can hear it. It isn't an ac cool just a fan but it makes a noticeable difference.

I came from a 2021 Explorer ST with cooled seats, definitely missing that in my 2024 Limited , I barely feel the ventilation of the vented seats.

the air blown into mine in 'cool' mode seems to be coming from the A/C, if the A/C is on high then the air through the seat is cooler than if the A/C isn't. I'm kinda XL sized, so I tend to block most of the venting when I'm centered on the seat and relaxed. I haven't tried the seat heaters yet, only owned the Ex. since November, and spent Jan-May in Mexico.
