how do i change the headlight bulbs?

i have an 05 limited, and im trying to put hid's in. i read the manual and it says to remove the top 2 bolts and lossen the one in the middle. for the life of me i still cant get it to budge.

it should easily move out...but may catch on the inside closest to the grill...take a flathead and press on the inside and repeat for the other side.
