Hi i'm very new to this forum and new to computers. Can somebody tell me or show me how to post pictures on my profile. I have some new pictures but i'm almost computer illiterate.

To your profile? Do you want to post pictures in post, or in your signature?
I would first start by making an account on www.photobucket.com.
From there, you can upload pictures. After you load up a picture, it will give you the option to share the pictures. It'll give you 4 lines:
Email & IM -used for if you want to use the picture in an email or IM
Direct Link - will give a link, and open the picture up as a "webpage".
HTML code - use if you're making a site using HTML, and want to insert a picture
IMG code - used for posting in forums <- this is the one you will use.
Just copy the IMG code, and paste it in here (or your signature). Should look something like this (without the *):
"OH look at my newest picture"
[img*]photobucket.com/youralbum/yourpicture.jpg[/img]
