You could try, for now, remove the negative battery terminal, removing the intake hose/elbow, and spraying TB cleaner in and around the throttle butterfly. Manually open it up a bit and spray some more. Take a rag and wipe as much as you can reach. Put the intake hose back on, and rehook up the negative terminal. Turn the truck on, and let it idle a bit. Proceed to take a short ride somewhere, since the PCM has to relearn the driving strategy.
