My daughter broke one of the roof mounted AC vent covers in our 2012 Ford Expedition EL How do I remove it to replace it?

If they are like the 1st gen you need to rotate the vent while pulling down lightly There are cut outs in the liner and when the tabs on the vent line up they will pull down
