How to remove the speaker grills?

Before I just try to pry these out I need to remove the rear seat speaker grills to clean them. My kids got something in them I cant get out of the holes. Is there a proper way so I dont damage them?

They are part of the door panel and the panel must be removed to avoid breaking the grill.

once you remove the panel just take something and poke them threw. if its small take a safety pin and poke it threw.
