The louvers are broken in one of the round AC vents in the headliner of my 07 EL. How do I remove the vent to replace it?

Stick your fingers up through the broken louvers and grab the round edge of the vent and begin to turn about a quarter or half a turn and you will feel that you can pull it out of the headliner. The circular ring is notched as is the headliner panel and they do pop out. I bought five or six Vance as a group on eBay and replaced a few and now I have extras in case the kids poke the other louvers out in the future.
