I live in Iowa (plane droppings area
). My wife and I both drive expeditions, hers is a 2011 King Ranch, mine is a 2004 XLT.
Mine is a rusty pile, but it still runs OK with 230K on the odometer and the interior is still good shape and very comfortable. Hers is just a high mileage pile. It has nearly the same miles as mine. It runs decent, but is showing its wear. The interior is in excellent shape yet. I don't ever drive it so that's all I can say about it. I refuse to work on it.
I don't like hers because it's a King Ranch. I cannot stand leather seats in a vehicle! Hers are heated and cooled which makes no difference to me at all. It still feels like I'm sitting on old school vinyl. YUK!
