ID fastener part# ?

I noticed that on the right side of my Expedition that the right bumper cover was ajar and not seamless with the quarter panel. There is single plastic fastener that joins the edges closest to the wheel. A small remnant of the old fastener was still there and I flicked it out with a knife. It's one of those push-rod expanding plugs type. I've looked at a few related schematics, but can't find the part. If anyone has info, I'd appreciate it. Pics related.
