ignition coils! help!

hey guys im new here....theres missfiring in my 99 ford expo xlt 5.4l..i was wondering if it was the coils...it also missfires when i leave it on park...it runs smooth from 20-30mph but once i get to 40 it shakes! i let go of the gas at it stops but once i push it again it shakes again! help plz!! thanx!

the shaking over 40 mph sounds like fuel injectors going bad..
I've had this problem in my 93 Caprice and 92 Roadmaster.. Ran good til i got to 45 mph and started shaking let off gas pedal is floated..
could also be the reason it's missing.. have them looked at

99.9% certain its a low grade mis out of a coil... had the problem for 2 months before I got it all smoothed out
