That line is all good to go I had to replace it and the check valve and the vacuum storage tank I know I have it all there looks like I'm going to have to rebuild the EATC plunger

I'm not sure how to post the link. But there's a write up on a EATC FIX in the "How to section"
That helped me. The EATC was not holding a vacuum. In my case the o-rings needed replacement. From the check valve to my EATC there was leak when check with a vacuum hand pump (Mytyvac). The bladder and check valve were both ok. Just type in "EATC Fix"

well i went through the rebuild process and got some of the functions back, but still had to heat on the floor, after digging further i found that the floor function hadn't worked in a long time and was stuck... after some lubing and cleaning it works like a champ...

the solenoids on my mine were spot welded instead of screwed to the frame so i had to drill the welds then i jb welded them back together

I need to do this repair too. I replaced the EATC with a junk yard find when I replaced the blower motor over the summer. It worked for a while, but now it's reverted back to just the defroster with no vent/floor. Hope this works. Not too bad in the winter, heat is heat wherever it comes from, but no AC through the vents in the summer sucks.

it wasn't bad until it drops below zero and then my feet were freezing with only coming up the frost so I ventured and got it fixed

Found the source of my problem, I didn't think the new (well, junk yard new) EATC was bad already. I had my DieHard battery replaced under warranty by Sears. Apparently when they replaced it, the vacuum line completely separated from the check valve, which was right beside it. I found the separated line behind the battery where it goes into the fender. Simple fix this time. And you're right, you really notice the cold feet when the temps drop down around zero...
