My dad has this issue with his f350. It’s because the deflectors are too thick and the window thinks there is something in its way. As far as I know you either need to get a brand with thinner plastic or get the ones that attach to outside door panel. No way to alter sensitivity as it’s a safety feature

Don't do it. Learn from my mistakes..... I tried some "micro thin" in channel deflectors. Had serious bounce back issues than they broke my driver's side regulator. Had to replace the regulator.

I went stick on and never looked back.

Same here. Just paid $145.00 to have the drivers window regulator replaced because of in-channel deflectors and was advised to remove ALL of them because the rest of the windows are starting to show issues. I bought these about 3 years ago thinking of a sleek look (didn’t like the stick-on versions which to me looked cheap), but makes sense now. The window channels can’t accommodate the thickness of the deflectors very well and remember almost forcing the windows to close upon installation. Best bet: go with the stick-one.

Yeah I already removed them and pulled them out in frustration, don't want to do damage so will get stick ons if I decide I can't live without them, I also noticed much more wind noise at speed with them in

Also have had them in my 05 Sub since like 2008, no issues, there as well.

Are they still limited to the auto-up on the drivers window only? And if the new sensor is the issue, I'm surprised multiple company's still make the in channel visors for them. I remember when buying them for my 17 some said will not work with auto-up windows.

Sucks that they won't work on 18's plus, cause I don't like the looks of the others my uncle put the cheap ones on his 17 F150.
