Thank you for the information. Mississippi's lemon law talks about safety, diminished value, lack of repairs in three attempts, cumulative 15 days in the shop, and attorney's fees. They have offered extended oil changes and tire rotation. I didn't take them. My contract has an arbitration clause too. I really like the car and wonder if other vehicles could have the same issue and folks are not listening for that with all the extraneous noises that are inherent with kids, AC, speed, and radio.
