The turn signal generally works, but occasionally it will blink a few times and stop. Then sometimes it will start again when I turn the steering wheel or just randomly. But, the next time it starts like normal at least for a couple blinks.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Doug

Doug I'm not sure on your year, but I believe your turn signal flasher is part of your junction box. On my 2000, it's a replacement flasher under driver's side above gas pedal. Mine was acting up about 4 months back, popped in new flasher, went away It's possible you might have to swap out that box. Guys, anybody with 04 have that same issue? Is it part of the smart junction box? What year did they change from a replacement flasher for signals? I think I remember reading it was 03?

Well as I don't see many suggestions, for me it has to either be a bad flasher relay or a wiring issue!! As replacing the relay is cheap and easy, I would suggest trying a new flasher relay first, if that doesn't fix it, then it sounds like you are going to have to start looking for issues in the wiring loom.
