Has anyone else on here had a problem with the finish on your KR wheels. My service department has chipped 2 of mine at different times. Are they just that fragile or is this lack of respect for my vehicle. The first time they refinished the wheel. This time they are only offering a touch up. 3ysenede.jpg what would you do??

To me, it looks as if they rushed the impact wrench from lug to lug and chipped the edge.

The service rushed cause he doesn't care. They get paid a certain amount per job. The faster they complete it, the more $$$$$ per hour they make.

Looks like it to me also. But they said they didn't do it this time. They are the only ones that have serviced it so far. It looks the same as the wheel that was damaged last time.

Just wait until you rebalance the wheels and they pull off the old weights! I cant believe Ford would not use stick on weights for the wheels. you will have two nice grooves in the wheel where the old weight was.
