Largest Tire for 2019 Platinum on stock rims?

I’m new to the forum, this May have been discussed but all I’m coming up with is fx4 questions. I have a platinum with 22” wheels. I’m wondering how big I can go as far as tires? I have seen possible 285/50/22r and 305/45/22r. Has anyone tried either?

What did you end up getting? Swapping 22s on our platinum and wondering if I can go with a larger tire.
