Can anyone please help me figure out why after replacing my molded lead frame in my 2014 ford expedition limited, it's not taking off in drive? When I put it into D it's like it's in neutral. Every other gear works just fine. If I go from 1st, to 2nd, to 3rd then to drive it works fine but it's only taken off in drive twice since I've changed it. I'm pretty positive that I have the manual pin lined up correctly. I replaced the bridge seal, the bulkhead sleeve and the filter. It's not giving any codes either. Fluid is new and to the correct amount.

You might check to see that your selector lever cable is adjusted properly. Block the wheels, make sure engine is off, pop the cable off the ball stud down on the transmission, place the selector lever in neutral, and then place the transmission itself in neutral. Make sure the cable socket aligns nicely with the ball stud. If it doesn’t, you can release the retainer clip and slide it forward or back on the teeth to get it aligned. Then snap it back onto the ball stud.

Don’t do this on angled ground. Make sure you have the wheels blocked and engine off!
