Leaking brake line

I was replacing the front wheel bearings/brake pads and liners on my 5.4 2WD today and noticed what appears to be a leaking brake hose. My question is how do you remove the hose from the bracket? It appears to be permanently attached. Do you just cut the line and bend the holding bracket?

No need to remove the bracket. If you obtain a new brake hose it will be integrated with a bracket already attached as shown .
