Got into a little fender bender and cracked the headlight outter housing. Water got inside, and the headlight started going wonky. I replaced the headlight assembly, but transferred the two electrical modules with the old ones. New headlight doesn't work.

Rather than throwing money at it, what's my best course of action?

I don’t have an answer - but did you use an OEM Ford replacement headlamp?

LED module you're talking about is the little grey square ballast that bolts into the bottom of the housing right? One on each side. Not sure about the any other modules. Check that they're installed and working

No, it wasn't the ballast, it was the LED Module. I purchased the entire headlight assembly off eBay (non Ford Part) and the LED module from a ford dealer. After replacing the LED module, they had to be synced using FORScan's Body Control Module headlight calibration.
