Left rear cv axle seal leaking terribly

Left rear cv axle seal leaking.

I have a 2015 ford expedition el 4x4. I had to replace the left rear cv axle. The left tear axle seal started leaking a months later. The the cv axle was defective so I put a second one in. The axle seal leaked even worse. So I put a new seal in and it still leaks around where cv axle meats the housing. Everything went in smoothly so I can’t figure it out. Please help.

It is odd for the rear cv axles to fail. Maybe you have a rear differential problem. If the carrier bearings are failing the side seals will have a difficult time sealing.
