So lately I've noticed a little weirdness, mostly just staring a turn from a stop, nothing loud or jerky; just what I assume is a tiny bit of slippage. Acellerate straight it's fine, take a corner, it's fine; just from most stops that are turning.
It's a 00, 2WD, aprox 94k miles. Last diff service was in 07, 67k.
Could it just need a fluid change, or is it a sign of someting more costly?
Looks like ~$100 to buy the lube & gasket to DIY, or a local dealer quoted $119!
Well worth the $20, assuming it's the issue.
Thoughts? I can't afford to be trowing money around; but need my daily driver, and want to prevent any disasters/expensive from happening at the same time.
