Location of Fuel filter on 1999 V8 Expedition

Hey guys. Nice to see a Great Expedition Site.
I own a 1999 Expedition V8 Eddie Bauer.
could you please tell me where the Fuel filter is located on that year and model?
Also how can I upload a picture of my Suv to this website?

Its located on the driver side underneath actually on the chasis....right between the driver and back door....you do need the quick disconect tools from a autoparts store to remove it ,

Buy the metal tool, not the plastic one. It's actually mounted on the frame right in front of the fuel tank.

i have a '99 expy and my fuel filter is on the frame (driver side) between the front door and the rear door. i bought the metal tool, and i guess i' ma big whimp, because i could not get the filter off. i got the hook shaped clamps off, but when i slid the tool on the fuel line it never snapped or anything. maybe i was doing it wrong, so i had my husband try it too and he couldn't get it either. had to take it to town. they charged me $10.

Just changed mine a few weeks ago...pretty easy when u have the tool. Be sure to relieve the pressure.
