I bought a locking gas cap “plug” for my 2015 Expedition Limited 4x4 from my Ford dealer. It came with two metal keys and was a OEM Motorcraft part. I know it is a different model than yours, but mine has the cap-less fuel filler port.
Have you checked with your authorized Ford dealer using your VIN to determine if Ford has a locking cap available?
There are also several online sites that carry OEM parts. I always start my searches at Rock Auto.
