AFAIK, unless you are buying exact OEM replacements from a Ford Stealership (who will charge you an arm, leg, kidney and left ******** for them, as well as the installation), then yes, aftermarket ones will need to be programmed to the vehicle, which nearly any tire shop worth it's salt can do, if you ask nicely....
They will most likely prefer that you buy the sensors from them, so they can mark them up & add that cost to your bill, but then the install will probably be free or nearly free, so take your pick
But note that all of those ones you pictured are 433mhz, which as I understand it, is probably the most important part, other than physical size of course, that will make it work properly with your vehicle...

A few months ago, I had one replaced at my local tire shop where I buy all my tires (it was not communicating with the computer), and they charged me ~$46 for the sensor, but nothing for the labor....
