I was hoping this might be a fit for my 1999 Eddie Bauer Expedition 5.4l 4WD.

That's a MagnaFlow 47206 rear passenger/driver cat. Says it's OBDII California compliant - cheap because it's a weld-in (which would be fine).

I need both passenger cats - front and rear. The exhaust guy wants a hair under $300 each, which he says is his cost. Nice guy, I just don't know if he has all the available cats at his disposal.

Help? I can't afford $600+ for two cats right now - and from the scope images he showed me, both passenger cats look like a bee hive that someone let off a stick of dynamite in. Bits of converter were falling out of the muffler that was replaced today.

I'm wondering the same thing. I am in PA, but the price tag of the Magnaflow looked pretty good. I'm not sure what the difference is buying $300 OEM or the magnaflow though.
