Low mile 2011 King Ranch EL Value?

Group, there's an auction pending in MI on the LowMilesNoMiles.com web site for this Expy, one owner unit with about 18K miles. It's loaded and appears in numerous included photos, video and CarFax to be basically new condition and well maintained.
Any thoughts on what the value of this vehicle should be?

If you can get the VIN #, you could try to plug it in to the "give-me-the-vin" website & see what they will offer for it...
or "webuyanycar.com" either one should give you some idea of what it's worth...keeping in mind that the REAL value should be higher, since they are just buying it to resell at a mark-up....

However, if the info & details you have are accurate, and based on what I paid for my very good condition '011 EL with 52K a few years ago, I would guesstimate this one should be worth around $20-25K...

BUT, I would NEVER, EVER buy it without an in-person inspection, or at least a 100% money back guarantee if it isn't EXACTLY as advertised..
