I have a 4wd Navi. Was wondering if i can lower 2-3" with factory torsion bars. I know i can lower the rear with just the sensor. And can make a new bracket if needed. But which way do i turn the bars. Or do i need new torsion keys. Can i just move the stock keys to get more drop or will it not change it any. I got 22's and needa fill in some of the wheel gap.

Thabks and yes i know its 4wd. I wanted the a4wd for winter and stuff. But it never goes off road. And love the way the navis look low.

Yes it is 4x4. Thats all u can find in missouri. Plus i wanted the AWD for winter. But wanna lower it a few and keep air ride. Last owner put new bags, compressor and shocks on it. Ive read u can just twist the bars and lower it. But how much.

Your front has that senser too on the drivers side. turn off your compressor and unclip the senser on the rear and front and then pull the rod down. turn on compressor entell you think its low enough and then turn it off. Your torchen bar adjust are at the center of your navi and should be 18mm.

Well i wanna keep the air ride and self level. So i thought bout just makin brackets for the sensors. That way i can keep it on. Do i turn torsion bars down first than adjust sensors. But ill probably make brackets. I work in a factory and run CNC plasmas, Press Brakes, and can Tig Weld it at work. So custom fab is no problem. Just wondering what needs done. So pulling the rod out of sensor lowers it and pushing rod in raises it?

I dont have pics but it looks the same as the rear sensor. I guess you can make a bracket the lowers the mount on the bottom of the sensor's but that will take some figuring out to get it where you want it.

FYI the top of the senser is attached to the frame and the bottom is attached to the A arm or rear axel.

I have lowered expys/navi's this way and it works well. I was lucky with mine and didnt have bags.

My bags dont leak. Ive had it sit for a week or so without driving. But just dont wanna lower it that way and then have to air it up every month or so if it has a small leak. Plus wanna keep the self level to pull a small trailer as my daughter rides dirtbikes. So not a big load. Yea i figured i can make a bracket to bolt to stock location but move sensor the adjust it a lil from there.

Thanks for help

But when turning torsion bars down do i needa turn air off first. Or should i lower it with sensors the turn bars down. Figured i needa cut front bump stops. When its shut off and lowers the truck sits 1/2" off tge bump stop up front.
