What do I do with the extra 2 outside wires of the replacement harness. It's only a 4 pin plug but I was sent a harness with 6 green wires. It's the correct replacement part but I'm not sure why they have 6.

If all original wires are accounted for and connected to the proper pins on the new connector, I'd just cut off the excess wires that came with the plug.

It's possible (and even probable) that Ford uses the same connector for multiple applications, hence extra wires.

Before doing anything though, test the truck and make sure the MAF sends the proper signal, in case you missed two wires somewhere. That's what I'd do...

I agree with 762mm i would test it out anyway just to be safe and then once you confirm everything is fine, then cut them.
